Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Sk Communication.

Bill Payment Services Products

We would like to clarify that as soon as we receive an order from a shopkeeper for payment of any company, we immediately forward it to the service provider.

In such a case, the payment is confirmed by the service provider immediately.

Hence, there is no possibility of any kind of return or refund after the payment is confirmed by the service provider.

If any such problem arises that the amount gets debited from the retailer's account and the customer does not get it, then you can raise a dispute for that amount. Action will be taken on your dispute within 24 hours.

If the dispute is found to be true, your amount will be refunded to the wallet of SK Communication Application in 24 hours. In any case, after 15 days, you will not be eligible for any kind of return or refund.
